Central Research Team (Support)	Graduate/ Postgraduate in - Commerce/ Finance/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Management/ Statistics from Government recognized University.
Manager/ Deputy Manager (Marketing)	Full-time MBA/ PGDM or any equivalent specialization with relevant experience
Assistant Manager (Marketing & Communication)	Full-time MBA (Marketing)/ Full-time PGDM or any equivalent specialization in Marketing from a recognized Institution or approved by Govt. bodies.
Executive (Document Preservation-Archives)	M.A.(History) with one optional paper in Modern Indian History from any recognized University/ M.A. in other streams of social sciences.
Assistant Manager- Engineer (Civil/Electrical)	Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Deputy Manager (Agri Spl)	MBA/ PGDM in Rural Management or MBA/PGDM in Agri-Business/ Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Management/ Postgraduate in Agriculture

Digital System Architect	Minimum 5 years of work experience with the ability to execute large projects is required—extensive experience in e-commerce, architecture, & dot com businesses.
Project Manager	2 years of working experience in any domain.
System/Business Analyst	Minimum 5 years of work experience in a financial service IT firm
Analyst (Analytics)	Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic planning, data modeling, business model analysis, systems analysis, process design, and experience in BFSI is preferred.
