Wheat/गेंहूँ = 9

Rice/चावल = 10

Sugar/चीनी = 8

Required/अभीष्ट % = (9/10) × 100 = 90%

2. Sol. (B)

C.P: S.P. = 4: 5

Ratio between number of articles/वस्तुओं के बीच अनुपात = 5: 4

According to the question/प्रश्नानुसार,

5 = 20

4 = 16

Hence/अतः, x = 16

3. Sol. (A)

Let S.P. /माना विक्रय मूल्य = Rs. /रु.100

C.P. /क्रय मूल्य = Rs. /रु.110

Required/अभीष्ट % = (10/110) × 100 = 100/11 = 9 (1/11) %

4. Sol. (C)

Required S.I./अभीष्ट साधारण ब्याज = 35 × (10.5/100) × 4 = 14.7

5. Sol. (A)

Total number of days/कुल दिनों की संख्या = 31 + 29 + 31 = 91 days = 13 weeks/सप्ताह

Number of bananas/केलों की संख्या = 13 × 576 = 7488

6. Sol. (B)

Let speed of the boat/माना नाव की चाल = x km/hr. / (किमी. /घंटा)

and speed of the current/और धारा की चाल = y km/hr. / (किमी. /घंटा)

Downstream speed/अनुप्रवाह चाल = (x + y) km/hr. / (किमी. /घंटा)

Upstream speed/ऊर्ध्वप्रवाह चाल = (x + y) km/hr. / (किमी. /घंटा)

According to the question/प्रश्नानुसार,

2(x + y) = 3(x – y)

2x + 2y = 3x – 3y

x = 5y

x: y = 5: 1

7. Sol. (D)

According to the question/प्रश्नानुसार,

[(x + x)/ {(46 – 36) × (5/18)}] = 36

36x = 36 × 50

x = 50

Required average speed/अभीष्ट औसत चाल = (2 × 40 × 60)/100 = 48

9. Sol. (B)

Ratio between their efficiency/उनकी कार्यक्षमताओं में अनुपात = 3: 1

Ratio between their time/उनके समयों में अनुपात = 1: 3

According to the question/प्रश्नानुसार,

(3 – 1) = 32

2 = 32

1 = 16

3 = 48

Required time/अभीष्ट समय = 48/ (3 + 1) = 12 minutes/मिनट

10. Sol. (B)

Let first number be 3x and second number be 2x. /माना पहली संख्या 3x और दूसरी संख्या 2x है ।

According to the question/प्रश्नानुसार,

6 (2x)² = (3x) ² + 540

24x² = 9x² + 540

24x² – 9x² = 540

16x² = 540

x = 36, x = 6

Second number/दूसरी संख्या = 12
