Q.1-5. Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below.

Eight girls are 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 are sitting around a circular table and facing towards the centre but not necessarily in the same order. Each of them likes different author’s novels i.e.- Gita Sahgal, Fahad Shah, Bhavna Chauhan, Indra Sinha, Jhumpa Lahiri, Chetan Bhagat, David Davidar and Abhijit Bhaduri, again not necessarily in the same order.

There are two girls between 12 and 18 and they both likes to read the novels of David Davidar and Fahad Shah, respectively. The girl who likes to read the novel of Jhumpa Lahiri is in front of 13. The girl who likes to read the novel of Gita Sahgal is the neighbour of 14 and 17. The girl who likes to read the novel of Indra Sinha is in front of the girl who likes to read the novel of Fahad Shah. 17 is second to the right of 18. The girl who likes to read the novel of Abhijit Bhaduri is second to the left of the girl who likes to read the novel of Chetan Bhagat. 16 is not the neighbour of 18.

Seven friends A, B, D, Q, T, W and V are going for an interview in a bank from Monday to Sunday. Each of them belongs to different areas viz. Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Tilak Nagar, Badarpur, Laxmi Nagar and Janakpuri, but not necessary in the same order.

T’s interview is not on Wednesday and Saturday and he belongs to Tilak Nagar. V is going for an interview on Friday but does not belong to Janakpuri. The person who belongs to Rohini is going for an interview on Monday. The person who is going for an interview on Thursday does not belong to Janakpuri. Q belongs to Pitampura. W is going for an interview on Tuesday. The person who belongs to Badarpur is going for an interview immediately before the one who belongs to Laxmi Nagar. Neither W nor V belongs to Badarpur and Laxmi Nagar. D is not going for an interview on Saturday. There is only five days gap between the one who belongs to Rohini and B.
