Let total number of candidates be x. / माना उम्मीदवारों की कुल संख्या x थी ।

Then/ तो, 83.6% of x/ x का 83.6% + 31.2% of x/ x का 31.2% – 370 = x

114.8% of x/ x का 114.8% – 370 = x

14.8% of x/ x का 14.8% = 370

x = 2500

3. Sol. (C)

EC = AC and/ और CF = BC

CEA = CAE = (Let/ माना) and/ और CFB = CBF = (Let/ माना)

In DEF/DEF में,

+ = 180^o – 40^o = 140o

Now/ अब, ACB = 180^o – (ACE + BCF)

= 180^o – (180^o – – +180^o – – )

= 180^o – 360^o + 2+ 2

= 2(+ ) – 180o

= 2 × 140^o– 180^o = 100o

4. Sol. (D)

Radius of in circle/ अन्तः वृत्त की त्रिज्या =

A = 22.5 cm²/ सेमी2

Volume of prism/ प्रिज्म का आयतन = Area of base/ आधार का क्षेत्रफल × height/ ऊंचाई

Let the age of A and B be x and y respectively. / माना A और B की आयु क्रमशः x और y हैं ।

x – y = 2 ... (I)

D's age/ D की आयु = 2x years/ वर्ष

C's age/ C की आयु = years/ वर्ष

4x – y = 80 ... (II)

From (I) and (II)/ (I) और (II) से,

3x = 78

x = 26, y = 24

Age of A/ A की आयु = 26 years/ वर्ष

a = 9 cm. / सेमी.

Perimeter of square/ वर्ग का परिमाप = 4 × 9 = 36 cm. / सेमी.

Perimeter of semi – circle/ अर्द्ध-वृत्त का परिमाप = 36 cm. / सेमी.

r (2 + p) = 36

Each interior angle/ प्रत्येक आतंरिक कोण = × 180 = 108o

Each exterior angle/ प्रत्येक वाह्य कोण = 180^o – 108^o= 72o

Number of sides/ भुजाओं की संख्या = 360^o/72^o = 5

Number of diagonals/ विकर्णों की संख्या = 5

S.P for profit of 12%/12% के लाभ के लिए विक्रय मूल्य = = 8960

Discount/ छूट = 11200 – 8960 = 2240

If the discount percent be x then/ यदि छूट प्रतिशत x है तो

Ratio between water and Milk/ दूध और पानी में अनुपात = 20: 80 = 1: 4

Required ratio/ अभीष्ट अनुपात =

= 40: 60 = 2: 3

Discount/ छूट = 8%

S.P. / विक्रय मूल्य = 17490

M.P. / अंकित मूल्य = = 19500

Now/अब, gain/ लाभ = 19.6%

C.P. / क्रय मूल्य = = 15000

Gain/ लाभ = 19500 – 15000 = Rs. / रु. 4500

Gain/ लाभ % = = 30%
