IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Salary 2023:-

The candidates will first be chosen for a 6-month training programme with a monthly stipend of Rs. 5000 before being promoted to a 2-month internship programme with a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000 for each participant. The compensation (CTC) would vary between Rs.6.14 lakh and Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining once the probation term is over and chosen applicants are recruited for Junior Assistant Manager Grade 'O' [JAM (Grade 'O')] jobs.
