1. STUFFY(ADJECTIVE): Unpleasantly warm and lacking fresh air; having an oppressive or uncomfortable atmosphere; overly formal or old-fashioned in manner.

Synonym: Close , Stifling , Stale

Antonym: Airy , Open , Informal
