1. BACKSLIDING (NOUN & VERB)

Meaning: The act of reverting to previous undesirable behaviors or lapsing into old habits, especially in terms of moral or religious beliefs.

As a verb: The act of relapsing into undesirable behaviors or reverting to old habits.

Synonym: Relapse, regression, falling back

Antonym: Progress, improvement, advancement
